The rules keep moving — the MPRP price rewrite (Legal Notice 146, applying from January 2025), the citizenship-by-investment shutdown after the CJEU ruling (April–July 2025), and now the Individual Tax Programme (Legal Notice 195 of 2026, published 14 July 2026, legislation.mt), which replaces the MRP, GRP, The Residence Programme and the UN Pensions Programme from 1 January 2027 — applications filed by 31 December 2026 keep today's terms until 31 December 2031.
